Minor in History

The minor in history consists of 18 credits, 12 of which must be at the upper level (300-400). At least one course must be taken in European history, at least one in U.S. history, and at least one in African, Asian, Latin American, or Middle Eastern history.

To declare a minor in history, print and fill out the Request Minor form available from Records and Registration, and bring it to Prof. Peter Stone, 813 S. Cathedral Pl., room 206, history department, for a signature. At the time of submission of your graduation application to your major department, you will also need to complete the Graduation with Minor form and submit it to Prof. Stone for signature.
